The Interprise Discount Voucher is issued by and remains the property of Interprise (Pty) Ltd or any of its subsidiary or associated companies which owns the Interprise Discount Voucher from time to time ("Interprise"). Interprise reserves the right to decline, issue and withdraw the Discount Voucher at any time.
- All participants in the Discount Voucher scheme must be resident in territories forming part of the Common Monetary Area.
- To use for a transaction, the original Discount Voucher must be sent to Interprise when requested, otherwise the transaction cannot be recorded nor any Discounts awarded.
- Interprise reserves the right to make certain products exempt from using the Discount Voucher.
- Interprise Discount Vouchers can be used at any time. Discount Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
- Interprise Discount Vouchers are valid for a year from date of issue.
- Interprise reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Discount Voucher scheme, or to terminate the scheme at any time without notice. No alteration, amendment or termination of the scheme will affect any Discount Vouchers that have been issued on the basis of accumulated Points at the time.
- Interprise shall be entitled to sell, cede, assign, delegate or in any other way alienate or dispose of any or all of its rights and obligations under the Interprise Discount Voucher without your prior approval.
- Any abuse of the Discount Voucher by any person whatsoever constitutes a criminal offence and Interprise reserves the right to cancel such person's subscriptions and withhold the issuing of any Discount Vouchers which may become due as a result of such abuse.
- Only one Interprise Discount Voucher may be used per new order. The minimum order value must be over R150 (One hundred and fifty Rand).
