MaPolice
• Intelligent spam and virus filtering on an intelligent level. Clients of SevenC and staff within your company are not subjected to spam filtering on the intense level that outside emails are. Because they fall within our MailActive Perimeter, they are trusted. Other outside company's can be added to this trust list (known as a whitelist) at your request. This makes the entire process faster.
• Our database of known spammers is updated daily and directly with Spamhaus, who are the leading authority on spam detection. This ensures that you always have the latest protection.
MaPolicy
• Do you want to save bandwidth costs, whilst improving the Internet and email speed in your office? With MaPolicy, you can specify what size of emails your staff is allowed to send and receive.
• You can specify who gets to send and receive larger emails and who is denied access. For example, if your creative department always receives large video files, but find it difficult because the front desk staff are using the bandwidth receiving non-work related videos, you can now control this.
MaArchive
• Have you ever lost email? Would you like to refer to an email you received four years ago, after you've changed laptops three times? With MaArchive, you can. A copy of all email sent and received by each user is stored in the MailActive server, and is not dependent on your computer.
• You can easily refer to this email at any time. You can also say how long emails should be stored for. 5 days, 5 months, 5 years or anything else you decide!
MaNova7
• Do you need to send out newsletters to your clients? A newsletter can make your clients feel closer to you and your business. But newsletters are difficult to send to many people using traditional methods. Furthermore, they cannot be customised on a per client basis.
